Donate a Tree

We’re excited to invite you to be a part of the magic at the First Annual El Riad Feztival of Trees, a heartwarming holiday event that brings our community together in support of a great cause—the El Riad Shrine. The Feztival will take place from November 23 through November 30th, with all proceeds directly benefiting the El Riad Shrine and their efforts to spread awareness of the incredible work Shriners do, support their mission of helping children and preserve our historic facility for future generations to enjoy.

We are asking local businesses and organizations like yours to donate a fully decorated Christmas tree, complete with gifts or themed items, valued at a minimum of $500. If you prefer, you can also donate a Christmas-themed gift item, such as a decorated 4-wheeler, furniture set or other festive display as long as it embraces the holiday spirit. These donations will be on display throughout the event and raffled off to lucky winners at 7:00 PM on November 29th.

Your tree can be traditional or totally out-of-the-box—whatever reflects your business’s unique personality and holiday spirit! From classy and elegant to whimsical and bold, your creativity will help make this event a visual delight for everyone who visits. As our Thank You, each participating business will receive: Four complimentary tickets to our exclusive pre-showing to be held on November 22, doors open at 5pm. This includes free hors d’oeuvres and cash bar. (from 5-7pm). Your business name prominently displayed in front of your tree, by your tree’s public voting box and a Season’s Greeting from your businesses will be displayed on our Sponsor Screen during the entire Feztival.

Catch a visit and Photo with Santa Claus —Get a sneak peek of Santa’s Workshop and don’t forget your wish list (limited times and dates) Warm up with hot cocoa and sweet treats at our cozy holiday booths (available for purchase). Sip on festive cocktails and mocktails and enjoy some merry mingling (available for purchase). Grab a delicious bite to eat — food will be served nightly! Admission is just $5 at the door for guests ages 13 and up — and kids 12 and under get in free! Each paid admission includes one complimentary raffle ticket for a chance to win one of the incredible decorated trees. Want even better odds? Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase throughout the event! We’d love to include your business in this year’s celebration of generosity and holiday spirit. If you’re interested in participating, please contact us by October 1 so we can reserve your spot and provide setup details.
