The Fall Ceremonial was to be dedicated to Noble James “Jim” Hoy. Jim will be recognized and receive his plaque at the November Stated Meeting.
Jim was created May 20, 1995 in Minnehaha Masonic Lodge #5. He has served 2 terms as Master of Minnehaha Lodge. Jim joined the Scottish Rite on May 19, 1995. He was given the distinction of Knight Commander of the Court of Honor on October 4, 1999. Jim received the 33rd and Final Degree of Scottish Rite Masonry on December 6, 2003.
Jim was created a Noble of the Mystic Shrine on May 20, 1995. He is very active in the shrine, being a member of the Legion of Honor, Ritualistic and Ski Club Units.
Jim is a lifelong Sioux Falls resident He and his wife Paula are the parents a daughter, Heather.
